Sometimes when we touch, the honesty's too much. And sometimes when someone listens to an original song the honesty's too much, but in my case, I was given praises. I took part in a Songwriting symposium and we got to play some music for a panel of judges. Anyway, it was a not bad way to spend a Monday night. Ahhh....I've been writing a lot lately. Will be putting out some new tunes soon!

So, there's this great new Canadian TV Show - Highways to Fairways, which showcases two dudes travelling around playing golf at courses all over North America. Had a lovely time in Ottawa at Dani Simpson and Geoff Carran's wedding. Wonderful friends from university, they had me sing "Songbird" (Fleetwood Mac). Thanks for letting me share the day and my voice with you! ALL THE BEST!

I have been so fortunate to meet this ridiculously talented illustrator/designer, Ameesha Lee Earnshaw. She has been a part of almost everything I have done lately - from this website, to my original videos, helping me decide what to wear at shoots, the list goes on. A true talent and a true friend! So, today is an exciting day when it comes to my wee musical career. My single, "Perfect", is being distributed to radio stations across Canada. The single will also be available on iTunes tomorrow. I will post more information as I have it!

Yesterday (Aug 6) was the wedding of Katy Brebner and Nic Mulroney. I tickled the ivories, sang my heart out and danced 'til I dropped. What an night! So grateful I could share my music with great friends at an incredible event. Congrats Katy and Nic! x

A day stuck in a mosquito-infested wood, followed by the loudest, wildest, earth-shaking thunderstorm I have ever felt...and tada!
